PROPHESY AND PRAYER
Prophetic Word: 25th May 2025
As you walk through the valley with little light on either side
Remember
I am with you
As you put one frail foot in front of the other
Remember
I am with you
In your weakness do not be afraid
Remember
I am with you
You are going into a battle. You are on the winning side
Remember
I am with you
I have single vision and single hearing. Listen only to me and my voice.
You have authority
You are going to war with my name and my heart on your breastplate you are my annointed.
Be strong and courageous O man of courage. You have nothing to fear.
Remember
I am with you
Prophetic Word: 11th May 2025
During the week a crow had been knocking on the window of Doug and Janice’s house, every morning. It would touch all the windows that stretch across the front of the house. It would leave behind imprints of its beak, its wings and its feet where it had tried to land on the windows and it would knock hard with its beak.
On Sunday evening we asked the Lord what this meant, and the following is a summary of the prayer time and revelation that the Lord brought from that time.
First a few Bible facts about the raven/crow: they are mentioned 11 times in the Bible. The first mention is in relation to Noah’s ark in Genesis 8:7; the raven was the first to leave. Noah opened the window of the ark and let the raven fly out, to find out if the waters had dried up. The raven flew back and forward until the earth was dry.
The raven is not a beautiful bird; in fact, it’s an unattractive unpleasant bird. But God chooses to use the raven in a remarkable way to feed His servant Elijah (1 Kings 17:4-6).
God chooses this bird to bring Divine food to those under Gods protection.
A crow knocking on a door or window means the following:
Change and regeneration where there is spiritual transformation.
The persistent knocking is a call to pay attention and where there is a need to breakthrough.
When a crow hits a window, it indicates a change and an end to suffering.
With all this in mind we then prayed, and the following words were given.
A picture of a bridge which represents the regeneration and change that Jesus brings because He is the bridge to the Father. No matter how difficult the circumstances of life are, Jesus makes a way over them.
Just as Jesus is our bridge to God; so we are Jesus’ bridges to God for our Community; it is only when we stand in the authority of God and without fear we are able to release life giving words to our community.
There are spectacular bridges like viaducts where bridges are constructed over the most challenging and difficult terrains.
There are also aqueducts where the bridge carries water, just like Jesus is the water of life and as He provides streams of living water as we step into Him. We too are God’s aqueducts and release the life-giving water when we stand up in His Authority.
Ultimately in Jesus there will be no more suffering, no more tears and no more pain. This picture of the bridge represented the way to breakthrough in Jesus.
Blockages were being removed, though not succumbing to the spirit of fear but standing up for truth.
Picture of the bowls in Heaven, bowls that are filled (with praise, worship & blessings) about to tip – the tipping occurs when we stand in the Authority given to us. (Be bold, be strong).
Another picture was of Hot pools popping up everywhere in the ground, bubbling, and swirling. Like the pools of Bethesda- healing pools. Stirring. They were breaking out everywhere.
A picture of light breaking through dark clouds, Psalm 107:14 – He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death and broke their chains to pieces. (indicates an end to suffering)
A picture of great joy being released (Change and regeneration where there is spiritual transformation) Psalm 126:2-3 Then our mouths were filled with laughter and our tongues with singing, then they said among the nations “The Lord has done great things for them” The Lord has done great things for us, and we are glad.
A picture of the people of New Life Church Cardigan milling and talking and facing in different directions, then the picture changed, and they were all standing in a circle looking in one direction to the centre of the circle where Jesus was.
A picture of an enormous heart, pumping a beat of life as it pulsated. The arteries were spreading out in all directions and the blood was pumping through them. This is the heart of God reaching out from the church to the town. The heart of God will beat from the church as we gather in worship, prayer and praise and keep our focus on Jesus.
This was added to this picture
Unity – within New Life and the other churches of Cardigan and its surrounds. This is strengthened when we stand together in the Authority of God and ‘dare to be a Daniel’.
Heartbeat, beating heart in the centre of Cardigan. Standing together as one, bold, strong with Authority.
Circle of believers looking inward towards Jesus (ourselves/other churches); our strength, courage, boldness and authority only come when we looking inwards to our Saviour, the Lord Jesus, he will than give us the right tools & equipment to turn outwards to our Community.
Overcoming/Overshadowing/Overpowering/Overwhelming – all come when we stand together in authority, unity and love. We then become overcomers, we have the overshadowing of the Holy Spirit to protect us, we have the power of God over the enemy & the result is the overwhelming love & grace of the work of God in our needful community. (and also meets our needs too).
And lastly a powerful word which concerned being given the strength to stand up for the truth, stand our ground with (and within) the authority of God; not being succumbed to the spirit of fear but rise up in strength, power & a sound mind.
And we will see breakthrough, change and regeneration where there is spiritual transformation and an end to suffering as we continue to pray, worship and seek the Lord and draw close to Him.
Amen – Thank You Lord.
